Our Purpose

At Ergo Therapy Group, we are passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals and become more independent.

We are a team of dedicated occupational therapists that bring occupational therapy to you as we understand it can be hard to get out. We specialise in working with clients of all ages, who are dealing with a range of disabilities, illnesses, and injuries. 

We believe that occupational therapy is a powerful tool in helping people of all ages reach their full potential in life which is why we work closely with each of our clients to identify and address their individual needs.

Our goal is to help our patients develop the skills they need to participate in meaningful activities and gain a sense of accomplishment. We provide a comprehensive range of services to ensure that the individuals we work with can live life to the fullest.

Director and Senior Occupational Therapist

Michael Tsiodras

Michael is the Director and Senior Occupational Therapist, bringing extensive experience across mental health, physical health, and paediatrics. His expertise spans a wide range of assessments, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Complex Home Modifications, Assistive Technology, Functional Capacity, and Paediatric Functional Capacity assessments. Passionate about promoting independence and enhancing quality of life, Michael develops tailored strategies to support individuals of all ages and diagnoses. Michael also serves as a dedicated mentor and clinical supervisor, fostering a culture of professional growth and collaboration within his team. Michael values spending quality time with family and friends and is an active sports follower.

Senior Occupational Therapist and Team Leader

Ayan Abdi

Ayan completed her Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Occupational Therapy at La Trobe University. Over the past four years, she has had the privilege of working with participants across the lifespan, with a particular passion for supporting teens and young adults. She is dedicated to helping individuals uncover their potential and achieve meaningful goals. Ayan has developed expertise in conducting Functional Capacity Assessments, recommending Assistive Technology solutions, and delivering group therapy programs. She is also experienced in mentoring other therapists, helping them build clinical confidence and skills. She finds great fulfillment in guiding participants to create long-term visions for their lives and supporting participants in turning those visions into reality. Outside of work, Ayan enjoys staying active in the community and connecting with others.

Senior Occupational Therapist

Molly Johnson

Molly was born and raised in New Zealand and graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Health Science (Occupational Therapy). She is passionate about empowering people of all ages and backgrounds, each with their own unique needs, to engage fully in the activities that bring meaning and fulfillment to their daily lives.In her career as an occupational therapist, Molly has gained valuable experience in diverse settings, including working with individuals experiencing homelessness, supporting students in secondary education, and collaborating with youth and families within the community. Outside of her professional work, Molly is deeply creative and enjoys expressing herself through writing, recording and performing music, as well as connecting with loved ones and with nature.

Occupational Therapist

Anthony Chan

Anthony graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). His professional experience includes working with both paediatrics and adults on functional assessments and rehabilitation, where he assists clients in developing skills to improve daily functioning and quality of life. Anthony collaborates closely with families to create individualised support and training programs for children with special needs, fostering both skill development and confidence. Originally from Hong Kong, Anthony is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, which allows him to connect effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and provide culturally sensitive care. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys playing badminton regularly, and he also loves engaging in board games and watching movies with friends.

Occupational Therapist

Gladys Hui

Gladys graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). During her studies, she gained valuable experience across hospital, primary school, and private NDIS settings, working with individuals across the lifespan. These experiences helped shape her strong interest in empowering individuals to participate in activities that are meaningful to them, supporting independence and enhancing overall quality of life.

Originally from Hong Kong, Gladys is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, which allows her to connect easily with people from diverse backgrounds. Outside of work, Gladys enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing badminton and board games.

Occupational Therapist

Hanqing Liu

Hanqing completed his Master of Occupational Therapy Practice at Monash University. Prior to becoming an Occupational Therapist, he earned an Arts degree and spent six years working as an architect in a design firm, where he developed expertise in home modifications and functional environment design. During his occupational therarpy training, Hanqing gained experience across paediatric and adult care, as well as mental health practice. He is passionate about helping clients build skills and confidence to engage in meaningful and enjoyable activities that improve their quality of life.
Outside of work, Hanqing enjoys photography, snow-mountain hiking, and 4WD drives. He values spending quality time with his family and loves hands-on crafts and food exploration.

Occupational Therapist

Sarah Price

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and a Postgraduate Certificate in Rehabilitation and Musculoskeletal Practice, completed in New Zealand. Sarah’s experience spans acute hospital wards and community settings in NZ, as well as working within the NDIS community in Melbourne. This has given her broad and adaptable skill set across diverse clinical environments. Sarah brings a strong, client-centred OT approach, with excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative style of working alongside multidisciplinary teams, clients, and whānau to support effective intervention. She brings a creative lens to her practice, drawing on curiosity, adaptability, sensory integration, and outside-the-box thinking to support meaningful outcomes for clients and teams. Outside of work, she enjoys taking dance classes, music, photography and keeping active through walks and the gym.

Marfin Dela Pena

Marfin is a dynamic occupational therapist with a diverse background spanning various clinical settings. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines and later pursued a Master's degree in Business Management at the University of the Philippines-Manila, equipping him with both clinical expertise and leadership skills. Marfin’s approach to occupational therapy is marked by innovation, compassion, and a deep understanding of individual needs. He works with people of all ages, including children, tailoring interventions that empower clients to reach their fullest potential. His unique blend of clinical proficiency, entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for exploration allows him to make a meaningful impact in the field of occupational therapy.

Hazel Dompreh

Hazel completed a Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate IV in Personal Injury and a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Health Promotion from Western Sydney University. Following this, she completed her Master’s in Occupational Therapy at Monash University. Hazel is passionate about helping people and supporting them in achieving their goals. She takes a person-centred approach, working collaboratively with individuals to build confidence, independence, and essential life skills. Her professional background spans both paediatric and adult settings, where she has gained extensive experience in sensory processing, emotional regulation, travel training, and the development of independent living skills. Hazel has also in numerous industries such as government, corporate and not-for-profit organisations and gained a wealth of knowledge from these.

Prianna Lal

Prianna graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Health Science (Occupational Therapy). She is passionate about encompassing a holistic approach to empowering people to participate in the things that bring meaning to their daily lives. In her role, her experience includes working with adults to complete functional assessments, home modifications, assistive technology prescription and ongoing person-centred therapy. Prianna has over two years of experience in the NDIS community space working with adults with a range of backgrounds and a range of needs, and clinical experience in Adult Community Physical Health and Adult Inpatient Mental Health settings. Outside of work, Prianna enjoys exploring Melbourne and spending quality time with friends and family.

Mazaya Abidin

Mazaya completed a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Monash University. With a profound commitment to enhance the lives of children facing developmental delay, Mazaya has made a lasting impact on countless families and communities. Years of experience in the field, Mazaya has honed her expertise in paediatric occupational therapy. Throughout her career, she has worked in diverse settings, including schools, clinics, and hospitals. Consistently showcasing her ability to transform young lives. Mazaya areas of specialisation encompass a wide spectrum of paediatric conditions, from sensory processing disorders to fine and gross motor delays, ADHD, and ASD. Mazaya is a passionate advocate for children with disabilities, actively engaging in community outreach, and education to promote early intervention and inclusivity.

Senisa Dias

Senisa completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Occupational Therapy Practice at Monash University.
During her studies, she has gained experience in paediatric and adult care, mental health, and inpatient rehabilitation. She also has over three years’ experience of working with older adults in aged care, supporting their independence and quality of life.
She is dedicated to creating supportive and meaningful experiences for her clients, helping them build skills, confidence, and independence in their everyday lives.
Outside of work, Senisa enjoys playing badminton, baking, and spending time with family and friends while exploring new cuisines.

Sofia Agliam

Sofia graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy at University of Santo Tomas, Philippines. She specialises in paediatric care and Early Childhood Intervention. Sofia utilises evidence-based sensory integration strategies to address the unique developmental needs of her young clients. Her practice is defined by a holistic, client-centred approach, where she designs personalised interventions that bridge the gap between clinical goals and meaningful daily participation. By focusing on the development of essential life skills, Sofia remains dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve long-term independence and functional success across the entire lifespan.
Outside of work Sofia enjoys playing the piano, digital art, and reading books.

Administrative Manager and Therapy Assistant

Evangeline Metaxas

Evangeline holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science with a minor in Youth Studies and has a background as a Behavioural Therapist, supporting children with ASD and ADHD through individualised, play-based interventions. In her current role as both Administrative Manager and Therapy Assistant, she oversees office operations, financial administration, and HR coordination while also managing social media, marketing support, and client relations.Alongside her administrative responsibilities, she provides hands-on therapeutic support to children in both school and home settings. Passionate about fostering inclusive, child-centred environments, Evangeline is dedicated to optimising organisational efficiency to enhance therapy services. Outside of work, Evangeline enjoys going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
