What to Expect When You Get in Touch

We aim to respond to enquiries within one business day. For urgent referrals, calling 0450 874 303 will get you straight through to our admin team during business hours, and we'll be in touch the same day. If you're leaving us a message after hours, we'll return your call first thing the next business morning.

When you reach out, it helps to know a few quick details: whether the participant is on the NDIS, a Home Care Package or self-funding; the suburb they're located in; their age; and the kind of support they need (functional capacity assessment, ongoing OT, home modifications, paediatric, SIL/SDA report, etc.). If you don't know all this yet, that's fine - we'll work it out together.

Making a Referral vs. General Enquiries

If you're ready to refer a participant (yourself, a family member or someone you support), the fastest path is the referral form. It captures the information our intake team needs to assign the right occupational therapist to your case. For general questions about how OT works, NDIS funding eligibility, or whether we can help with a particular goal, the contact form above or a phone call is best.

Working With Support Coordinators & Plan Managers

We work closely with NDIS support coordinators, plan managers, allied health teams, GPs and Home Care Package providers.
