Our Occupational Therapists
Each member of our team brings a unique blend of clinical experience, cultural background, and special interests. From paediatric OTs working with children on sensory processing and school readiness, through to experienced clinicians supporting NDIS participants with complex needs, home modifications, assistive technology and SIL/SDA assessments - we match the right therapist to each participant. How We Match Therapists to Participants
When a referral comes through, our admin team reviews the participant's location, primary goals, age, funding type and any language or cultural preferences. We then assign a therapist whose clinical interests and travel area best fit the participant's needs. If at any point the match isn't working, we'll re-assign without question - the right fit matters more than continuity for its own sake.
Our therapists meet weekly for clinical case discussions, peer review and continuing professional development, so even when one OT is assigned to a participant, the wider team's expertise stays available behind the scenes.
