How NDIS Occupational Therapy Works

When you choose us as your NDIS occupational therapist, we begin by performing an initial assessment to determine your goals and needs. This allows us to identify any potential areas of difficulty and develop a plan that is tailored to you. Our end goal is to help you get back to living the fulfilling and independent life that you deserve.

After our initial assessment, our NDIS occupational therapy team will collaborate with you, your family, caregivers, and any relevant professionals. Together we’ll develop a tailored treatment plan and strategy that is designed to help you achieve your desired level of independence. We can perform this assessment within your home to ensure you are as comfortable as possible.

Why Use NDIS OT?

If you’re a NDIS participant living with a disability or chronic illness, learning to live independently can feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to tasks like cooking, cleaning, or shopping. A NDIS occupational therapist from our team will support you in developing practical life skills, building your confidence, and helping you reach your independence goals with tailored strategies that suit your individual needs and daily routines.

Our NDIS occupational therapy service focuses on life skills development, empowering you to take greater control of your day-to-day routines. Whether you’re aiming to maintain your independence or build confidence in certain areas, our compassionate therapists will work with you at your own pace. Through personalised, goal-oriented training, we’ll support you in learning how to prepare meals, manage household chores, shop for essentials, and more.
